Hosted by Corporate Vice President of Six Sigma & Productivity Ray Stark and Six Sigma & Productivity Finance Director Eileen Morrissey, the December session will provide an overview of the tools and methodologies used to measure the financial impact of Six Sigma Plus.

The 90-minute seminar will explore the principles of Activity Based Management (ABM), which can result in positive cash flow impacts, a shift from non-value-added time to value-added time, cost avoidance savings, favorable growth impacts and cost elimination. The session will review how to identify these benefits and reconcile them to bottom-line results.
