Micromachined Silicon Pressure Sensors

Complete Line of Silicon Pressure Sensors
Honeywell Sensing and Control offers a comprehensive line of over 1000 miniature silicon pressure sensors to meet the needs of OEM sensor designers.  Industry standard packaging, precision calibration, and complete signal conditioning are available in one of the largest arrays of piezoresistive micromachined pressure sensors with pressure ranges from 0.5 in H20 up to 30 psi, a sensor solution is at your fingertips.

Six Levels of Performance
This Web Site walks you through Honeywell's silicon pressure sensing products including complete product datasheets.  We'll show you six levels of product performance, from entry to advanced.  The CPX series, hybrid PC board mount sensors, offer an ideal entry level solution while more advanced sensors such as the XCA series offer fully integrated signal conditionin and amplification for trun-key applications.

SURSENSE™ - Ultra-Low Pressure Sensors
Our SURSENSE™ family delivers high accuracy in low-pressure sensing.  The SURSENSE™ family incorporates a unique stability error compensation technique called Dynamic-Self-Compensation™.  This technique substantially reduces offset errors due to changes in temperature, warm-up drift, and long term instability.   Dynamic-Self-Compensation™ also does away with nearly all effects of position sensitivity, a critical design parameter for portable applications.

SURSENSE™ breaks traditional low-pressure measurement barriers by providing incomparable performance with full-scale pressure measurements as low as 0.5 in H20.  SURSENSE™ technology has been incorporated in our complete standard product packaging line for OEM Medical and Industrial users.

Product is patented by US patent 6023978.

Whether you need standard pressure sensors or custom sensors, you'll find a solution at Honeywell.
