Honeywell Sensotec's Calibration Software is a Windows
(95, 98, ME, 2000, XP) based software that operates in conjunction
with the Honeywell Sensotec Calibration Class signal conditioning
to guide the walk-up user through a calibration procedure. |

online demonstration of our load cell calibration software.
This demonstration showcases the point-of-use, user-friendly and
comprehensive software that prompts the user through the calibration.
|
|
|
The calibration procedure starts with the user filling
in details of the calibration. Default settings of the calibration
can be used for repetitive testing. The user selects the number
of calibration points, the load range and the calibration is then
initiated. |
|
|
The user is prompted to apply zero load and then
loading at various points along the calibration curve. At each point
the user is prompted to adjust the loading frame manually to the
next loading level. As the load approaches the next load level the
actual loading indicator turns from red to yellow. |
|
|
Upon reaching the required load the yellow bar changes
to green. The tolerances of this graphic display can be changed
in the user preferences. Once full load is applied the software
prompts the user to go down to 50% of full load so that the hysteresis
can be calculated. |
|
|
Once the load is totally removed from the load cell
the software displays the calibration curve, calculates the 2nd
order best fit straight line and calculates the hysteresis and linearity.
The calibration certificate is available for review. |
|
|
The user has complete control over the calibration
set up and is able to change preferences using the set up menu.
New and additional reference standards can be added at any time. |
|
|
Calibration data is then stored for later retrieval
and interrogation. |
