Pressure
Model STJE
Model S
Model A-105

For your most demanding applications, we use a hoop-stress design and special metal alloys to custom-build pressure transducers that measure up to 200,000 psi safely and reliably. Our high-pressure transducers offer optional compensated temperature ranges from –65°F to 250°F with either millivolt or high-level outputs. Versions certified for hazardous environments are also available. All pressure transducers ship with certificates of calibration and traceability. For high-frequency pressure measurements or space-limited applications, we offer subminiature flush diaphragm pressure transducers in ranges from 0–100 psi to 0–20,000 psi (0–10 to 0–1,400 bar). All-welded, machined stainless steel sensing diaphragms ensure ruggedness. Bonded piezoresistive and metal foil strain gauges offer high reliability.

Digital Telemetry
TMS 9000

The Series 9300 Torsionometer is ideal for measuring torque on machinery where little down time can be afforded. The quick installation of the clamp-on collars with the pre-calibrated bending beam converts I/O shafts into instant torque transducers.

Torque: Reaction
Model QSFK-9
Model QFFH-9

Model QWFK-8M
Model QWLC-8M

Reaction torque sensors measure from 0 +/-25 in.-oz. to 0 +/- 24,000 in.-lb. Mounting configurations include shaft-to-shaft, flange-to-flange, and shaft-to-flange on low-range models. All are machined from stainless steel and temperature hardened for low torsional deflection as well as temperature compensated for long-term stability.

Displacement
Model DLB
Model MVL7
Model JEC

Our precision, miniature, long-stroke, and submersible linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) displacement transducers can handle most single- and multiple-point industrial gauging applications. They're available in both AC and DC powered versions with F.S. ranges from 0.01 to 36 in. These welded, all stainless steel transducers operate in temperatures from –60ºF to 250º F and feature linearity of 0.25%. Armatures are free unguided, captive spring return, or captive guided. Measuring ranges are from +/-0.1 in. to +/-18.5 in.

Vibration
Model MA311
Model MA321
Model MA331

Honeywell Sensotec offers standard and miniature strain gauge and piezoelectric accelerometers with ranges from 5 to 2000 g and frequencies from DC to 60 kHz. They'll survive overloads of up to 500% and cope with operating temperature between 100 and 500°F. Outputs include 5 V, 100 mV, 100 pC/G, and 2–10 mA. Rugged and highly accurate, our shear mode accelerometers are unaffected by large temperature gradients or flexure in the mounting surface, so they're particularly applicable to noise, vibration, and harshness testing as well as vehicle road testing. A complete line of specially designed miniature crash-test accelerometers features high sensitivity and frequency response.

High Line Differential Pressure Transducers
Model HL-Z
Model HL-A-5

Our High Line Wet/Wet Differential Pressure units accept extreme line pressures of up to 5,000 psi. Their unique design features standard bonded foil strain gauges on stainless steel. Liquid and gas differential pressures of 50 to 7500 psid are measured within a 0.25–0.50% F.S. accuracy. Temperature compensated and internally amplified versions are available.
