Warranty Service

If any of our test and measurement products, under normal operating conditions, prove to be defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of shipment from Honeywell, they will be repaired or replaced free of charge. (see Warranty/Repair Policy.) If you are in need of warranty repair service, please complete our convenient on-line RMA form or contact Customer Service.

Calibration and Recalibration Services

Honeywell offers ISO Guide 25 and 17025 accredited calibrations and recalibration services on Honeywell products as well as many non-Honeywell products. Calibrations are performed in compliance with applicable ANSI/NSCL Z540-1-1994 requirements. Laboratory equipment is maintained in accordance with MIL-STD-45662A. All calibrations are traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards & Technology). If you need calibration services or a calibration certification, please complete the online RMA form, or contact Honeywell for additional assistance.
