Model 41 Load Cell

Fast delivery for user configured amplified/un-amplified low profile load cells,

Honeywell Sensotec product line has introduced a new Custom-Express Model 41 Delivery System. This new delivery system uses a product configurator and a kan-ban inventory system of pre-engineered interchangeable subassemblies aimed at providing quick delivery of these highly versatile and configurable load cells. The Custom-Express Model 41 Delivery System provides shorter lead times on what would normally be considered special units.

4 Great Reasons for Choosing the TMS 9000

The TMS 9000 is intended to measure torque in a rotating shaft by using a specially designed digital wireless telemetry system, which provides power to the rotating sensor as well as providing two-way communications capability. A multiplexing option can expand the wireless telemetry capabilities to include other sensors that may be present within the rotating system, typically measuring forces, moments and temperatures, as well as the shaft torque.

configuration
(1) Flexible Mechanical formats

As standard the TMS9000 can offer the following five styles of connection to your rotating equipment
1. DIN flange pattern
2. SAE flange patterns
3. Integral coupling
4. Circular keyed shafts
5. In addition the TMS 9000 can be supplied with a myriad of customized and special designs. Together with our engineering team we are happy to supply a jointly designed mechanical attachment to meet your unique needs.

Low Differential Pressure Sensor with High Line Pressure Capability and Error Correction

KZ Differential Pressure Sensor
KZ Differential
Pressure Sensor
and High Line
Pressure Sensor
The KZ Differential Pressure Sensor offers measurements of 0.5 psi differential to 50 psi differential with a line pressure of up to 5000 psi. The Model KZ offers a completely new all-welded stainless steel assembly that eliminates internal "O" ring leaks and material compatibility. The Model KZ line pressure zero shift specification can be reduced to less than 0.25% FS / 1000 psi by the use of an internal line pressure sensor and analog correction circuit. Line pressures are available up to 5000 psig with safe overload of either side up to the maximum line rating. The natural resonant frequency is increased with the Model KZ because of a stiffer pressure sensing element and the all- welded assembly. A variety of standard options are available with the Model KZ including the traditional removable pressure adaptors for cleaning purposes, alternative pressure ports, special materials for wetted parts, internal amplifiers options and electrical terminations. Lead Times are reduced by the improved design and assembly procedures.
