Motors
Only one replacement motor (40002737-003)
is required for all modern motorised valves irrespective of body size, pipe
connection type or whether 2 or 3 ports. An optional 24V AC version is also available
(40001011-002).
The 40001011-002 replacement motor is
suitable for the old style V8043 and V8044 valves.

Power Heads
The 40003916 series power heads enable
the complete power head assembly to be replaced without draining down on V4043,V4044 and
V4073 series valves. On older style valves which did not have a replaceable head feature,
the adapter plate assembly can be used to upgrade the valves to allow the replaceable head
to be used.

Thermostatic Radiator Valves
Inserts are available for various types
of TRV's. Some of these may be changed without draining the system by the use of a special
tool.
WATER PRODUCTS
There are many spare parts available for
our range of water products. All available parts are listed in the various catalogues and
may be ordered through your normal stockist.
GAS SPARES
Honeywell is a major supplier of gas
valves used in domestic boiler and warm air appliances a position that has been maintained
for over 30 years.
Due to the differing requirements for
some recent applications, replacement valves may only be available from the original
appliance manufacturer. Always check the appliance maintenance instructions before
carrying out service work.
Equally important to the correct
functioning of gas appliance primary control systems are the pilot burner and thermocouple
that operate in conjunction with the gas valve.
Pilot Burners have the type number, e.g.
Q359A together with the bracket type and target tip style stamped on them and replacements
must always be the same as those fitted as original equipment unless the appliance
manufacturer states otherwise. When ordering replacement injectors it is important to
identify the pilot burner and whether for LPG or NG.
