Our dedicated team provides technical
support to installers and contractors for Honeywell’s range of domestic heating
(Sundial, Smartfit etc.) and water control products. Call our local call rate number 08457
678999, but please be patient at busy times.
The support
team is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 and will provide the answers to
installation queries on site. For specialist products such as Hometronic, there will be a
separate contact number. The support team may also test (subject to certain constraints)
where possible, any product returned where deemed essential. (Depending on circumstances,
there may be a charge for the testing service)
Honeywell’s range of gas products is also supported by this
group. For safety reasons this service is only available to Corgi registered engineers, so
you will be asked for your Corgi registration number before assistance can be provided.
NOTE: If
you have any installation queries "Out of hours" feel free to email us on technical.support@honeywell.com
or for water product queries only on water.control@honeywell.com. Our
support staff will respond as soon as possible.
This service is only for professional engineers. Please note that
for gas-related enquiries you will need to include your company name and Corgi
registration number. For other enquiries please include
your company name and NICEIC registration number. Enquiries that do not comply with
this request cannot be answered. |
